(Roddenberry) is engaged hereunder, and to the best of Employee's
abilities in accordance with Producer's instructions." Highly
detailed agreement covers Rights, Contingencies, Conduct,
Compensation, Prohibitions, Provisions, much more. Great Vintage

NICOLETTE SHERIDAN -"Desperate Housewives",
"Monday Night Football" star, this is a 1-page (front and
back) 1992 Management Agreement very boldly signed with Sheridan
's distinctive signature. She has also added "Starlike Entertainment,
Inc. President." Nice item. $35.
DINAH SHORE -1983 Agreement consenting "to NBC's including a clip of your appearance
in an episode of the television series entitled 'THE
DINAH SHOW' in the 35th Annual Emmy Awards." Boldly
signed. $25.

JACK BENNY TELEVISION SHOW". Boldly signed. $35.
WALTER SLEZAK -Check Acceptance Form from 1952 very

PHIL SPECTOR -Famed Record Producer known for his
wall-of-sound, now facing murder charges in Los Angeles .
This is a 2-page MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS
OF PHILLIES RECORDS, INC. (Spector) as Spector "constituting
the sole Stockholder of the corporation" . . . "deems it to
be in the best interests of this corporation and its shareholders
that this corporation enter into said merger with PHIL SPECTOR
PRODUCTIONS, INC." Several other Resolutions and then so boldly
signed by Spector. $250.

GEORGE STEVENS-This is a great 1-page 1963 Letter/Agreement,
GEORGE STEVENS PRODUCTIONS letterhead, authorizing and requesting
delivery of "all payments due or to become due me under said
agreement" to his agent. Boldy and beautifully signed in blue
ballpoint with his distinctive signature, this is a first-class
item from the directing legend. $75.

STEWART -Mechanical Royalties Agreement directing
payment to Riva Music "any and all publishing royalties."

YES -This is a highly detailed 11-page Contract
from 1985 as YES "grants to Atlantic the exclusive, irrevocable
right and license to (i) manufacture, sell, lease, license,
rent and otherwise distribute and exhibit the Program in the
licensed format of Videograms" and agrees to record and deliver
in Videogram form "the one-hour concert show entitled 'YES-9012
LIVE'" to Recording company. Rare and desirable music item,
this is sigend by CHRIS SQUIRE, ALLAN WHITE, TONY
KAYE , and TREVOR RABIN . $200.
