JIM BAILEY -Late cross-dressing legend. 1979 Agreement with AARON SPELLING PROD. most probably for "LOVE BOAT." $30.

BASEBALL-The following signed contracts are for the player's appearance at baseball card shows in Massachusetts from 1991-94.  Using the following as an example, they all state virtually the same: "I, BOB LEMON, hereby acknowledge receipt of $2,000 (**amount varies per player/contract) from . . . for my appearance at a baseball card show at the Sheraton Sturbride, Sturbridge, MA this date, February 10, 1991."  The player has then signed and in most cases added his address in his own hand. Many of the signees are now deceased and from my experience baseball agreements of any kind are quite rare.

CHARLES BICKFORD-1-page 1961 contract for "PLAYHOUSE 90" (1961). $20.  

NICOLAS CAGE -Fairly common in photos, this is an extremely rare Cage signed contract, an early 1983 Artist Manager agreement "employing you as my sole and exclusive agent and personal representative for a period of 3 years". Boldly signed in red pen with the neatest signature of his one will see. First-rate! $200.

SAMMY CAHN -Vintage 1959 Check Authorization Form signed in blue ballpoint by the legendary composer. $20.

SAMMY CAHN -1964 Assignment Agreement transferring 1/2 interest "to that certain musical composition (words and music) entitled 'YOU'RE NEVER TOO YOUNG' written by the undersigned (Cahn)". Boldly signed. $25.

FRANK CAPRA/EDDIE HODGES-This is a great 2-page 1958 contract as FRANK CAPRA PRODUCTIONS "employs you (Eddie Hodges) as an actor in connection with our photoplay tentatively entitled 'A HOLE IN THE HEAD'." As Hodges was a minor there is discussion of payment for expenses for his mother and a tutor. Signed in black ballpoint by Capra. Neat item. $125.
 

DANA CARVEY -20-page 1992 Signed Agreement for Carvey to "cooperate in the development for Artist of a late night television series starring Artist". Obviously highly-detailed within the 20 pages, discussion of " WAYNE 'S WORLD II" and payment to Carvey of a cool $1,000,000. Topnotch Item! $125.  

GARY COOPER -1-page Vintage RELEASE as Cooper "does hereby release and relieve HUGHES PRODUCTIONS , a division of HUGHES TOOL COMPANY. . .of any claims, demands, causes. . .which relate to the services of Mr. Stuart Heisler for the undersigned, or either of them, whether under an agreement between Gary Cooper and said Hughes Productions dated December 12, 1946 or otherwise . . .". Boldly signed with Cooper's distinctive signature this is a great piece of Hollywood memorabilia relating to Hughes Prod. $350.

 

TOM CRUISE -This is a 9-page RIDER "between COCKTAIL PRODUCTIONS and TOM CRUISE "with respect to his acting services in connection with the motion picture entitled 'COCKTAIL' ." Includes a detailed discussion of his compensation, right of termination, availability, insurance on Cruise, morals clauses, even telephone and restaurant charges. A great piece of movie history Cruise has signed twice once agreeing to the Rider and once within its pages agreeing to a part that is lined out. Great Item, this is the only Cruise document I have ever seen. $500.

DORIS DAY -This is the second page/signature page only of an Assignment and Agreement regarding nvention and signed by the two inventors as well as Day as Assignee with her married name at

the time, DORIS DAY MELCHER . Intereting item. $40.

DAVID DUCHOVNY-4-page AFTRA Artist-Manager contract nicely signed and initialed twice (1987). $35.

ELEPHANT MAN -Two-page Agreement with BROOKSFILMS Re "THE ELEPHANT MAN" for services of Jonathan Sanger (film's writer) "for use as a part of a Motion Picture and shall be considered a work made for hire for Borrower (Brooksfilms)." Just ask for a scan as always. An important agreement for a film classic. $65.

 

CHRIS ELLIOTT -Great contract for "LATE NIGHT WITH DAVID LETTERMAN" boldly signed. $40.

TOM EWELL -Marilyn Monroe co-star, this is a vintage 1958 tax form boldly signed. $15.  

JOSE FERRER -This is a 4" by 6" State of California Tax Form very boldly signed by Ferrer (1961). Just ask for a scan on any of these documents. Great item! $30.  

JOSE FERRER -Fantastic 1-page Agreement with Stanley Kramer Productions as for $1.00 Ferrer consents "to your use of the following film clip: CYRANO DE BERGERAC - Jose Ferrer's speech about the nose in your production and exploitation of the television program presently entitled: STANLEY KRAMER SHOW (#2)." Great Association with one of filmdom's greatest characters! $75.

 

SALLY FIELD -2-page Agreement disbursing funds "in connection with the motion picture entitled 'MURPHY'S ROMANCE' " nicely signed twice by Field. Neat item! $75.  

(F. SCOTT FITZGERALD)-This is a 4-page RIGHTS AGREEMENT between "CBS TELEVISION . . . and F.S. Fitzgerald Lanahan for the Estate of F. Scott Fitzgerald (owner)" as "Owner hereby grants the following rights to CBS Television with respect to the literary property entitled 'WINGER DREAMS' (i) the right to make an adaptation and dramatization of any length (herein called the 'Script') of the Work . . (ii) the right to make one Live broadcast of the Script . . . (iii) the right to make recordings of the live broadcast of the Script . . .". Detailed agreement repeatedly mentions F. Scott Fitzgerald and is initialed throughout and signed by FRANCES S. FITZGERALD LANAHAN (1921-1986), the daughter of F. Scott and Zelda. Absolutely topnotch iece for those of the literary bent! $125.

RAYMOND HATTON-Vintage 1938 6" by 9" American Federation of Radio Artists Application for Membership nicely signed and filled-out in pencil by the cowboy star. Highly uncommon signature in any form. $50.  

SESSUE HAYAKAWA -Japanese star of "THE BRIDGE OVER THE RIVER KWAI" and a Very rare signature, this is a 6" by 9" Studio EMPLOYEE'S PERSONNEL STATEMENT from 1955--he is 58--boldly signed by Hayakawa. Just ask for a scan as with all our documents. Topnotch! $200.

HELEN HUNT -This is a very rare Contract, One page--page 7, the signature page only--from 1979 nicely signed in blue ballpoint by Hunt. She's one of the toughest stars in Hollywood and rare in any form. $50.

SAM JAFFE-"Gunga Din," this is a 3 1/2" by 8 1/2" Certificate of Nonresidence (1950) filled-out and signed by Jaffe. Parts of the signature are somewhat light. $20.

RUSSELL JOHNSON-2 page release agreement for "filming me, or otherwise recording me, my performance or voice, in the initial pilot television program entitled 'Buffalo Bill'." Much more. Nicely signed by "The Professor." $35.

ROSCOE KARNS -"Wings", "The Jazz Singer", "It Happened One Night", "The Twentieth Century". Employee's Personnel Statement (1939) nicely signed. $40.

ANDY KAUFMAN-Agreement for "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" nicely signed in black ballpoint. One of the rarest of the rare and for the show that put him on the map. Topnotch! $495.

DANNY KAYE-Fantastic 2-page 1957 Protest letter to IRS on onion skin paper.  Boldly signed by Kaye and his wife, Sylvia. $65.

FRANKIE LAINE -This is an interesting 3-page 1973 Agreement with The Scioto Society allowing the use of eight Works by Laine "as theme music for your outdoor drama entitled 'TECUMSEH!', and, n addition, manufacture and sell phonograph records and tapes of the Works as recorded for you by the London Symphony Orhestra." $25.  

LENNON SISTERS-Very nice 4-page 1974 Agreement for the "1974 EMMY AWARDS" boldly signed by Kathy Lennon Clark for the Sisters. Neat item! $20.
 
JAY LENO-1-page agreement for "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" (1986) boldly signed. Classic! $75.

JULIA LOUIS-DREYFUS -This is a neat 1-page INDUSTRIAL EDUCATIONAL FILM RIDER oldly igned by the Seinfeld star. Not as common as one might think. $65.

BOB MACKIE -This is a great 1-page Contract paying Mackie $4,000 to "render services as COSTUME DESIGNER" on the "TIM CONWAY SPECIAL" (1977). Nicely signed in black ballpoint. Neat item. $35.  

E.G. MARSHALL -Great 3-page 1954 Contract for "YELLOWJACK" very boldly signed twice by Marshall adding his telephone number. $35.

DEAN MARTIN -This is a 1-page (front and back) American Guild of Variety Artists agreement between Martin and the Hotel Riviera (1970). Nice ballpoint signature, just ask for a scan as always. $295.  

DEAN MARTIN -This is a fantastic 17-page contract between CLAUDE PRODUCTIONS (Martin)

and REPRISE RECORDS as Claude Prod. while "engaged in the business of producing master recordings and phonograph records has no facilities for the marketing, selling and exploitation thereof, and Reprise is engaged, among others, in the business of manufacturing, selling and licensing sound reproduction devices of all types for distribution;" THEREFORE Claude/Martin grants to Reprise the sole and exclusive rights "To manufacture, distribute, exploit, market and otherwise acquire, own, use, sell and deal in phonograph records reproduced from masters recorded hereunder . .". Agreement is highly detailed within the 17 pages covering Royalties, Compensation, Warranties, Services, so much more. Very boldly signed by Martin, this is a first-class music collectible. $350.

STEVE MARTIN -Fantastic Loanout Agreement (1977) for "NBC's SATURDAY NIGHT", i.e . SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" signed twice by Martin. Absolutely Classic Item from where Martin gained his fame. Signed twice. $275.  

JULIET MILLS -4" by 8" 1965 IRS Tax Document as "Alien Claiming Residence In The United States filled-out and signed by Mills. Great item! $20.


MARTIN MILNER-Early 1958 Studio EMPLOYEES PERSONNEL STATEMENT completely filled-out and boldly signed by the ADAM-12 star. Great item! $25.

EDDIE MURPHY-This is a very rare agreement to appear on "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" , of course where Murphy rose to prominence. Tough name to get! $200.

ANNE MURRAY-1975 contract for "MIDNIGHT SPECIAL" also signed by 3 others. $40.

BILL MURRAY -This is a very rare agreement to appear on "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" , where Murray of course rose to prominence. Tough name to get! $250.

CARROLL O'CONNOR -This is a 1-page 1974 Inducement Agreement with CBS Television as O'Connor "acknowledges that my services are unique and extraordinary and that breach of this covenant will cause you irreparable damage." Judging by the date and the CBS imprimatur this clearly relates to O'Connor's role as "Archie Bunker". Historic Piece. $95.

MICHELLE PHILLIPS-This is a nice 2-page Loanout Agreement for an unnamed photoplay oldly signed TWICE. $20.

DICK POWELL -13-page Memorandum Agreement (1958) Re: MACREEDY'S WOMAN" with Four Star Films "with respect to the projected television pilot and series. . .which is now designed to star JANE RUSSELL. . .". Very highly detailed within the 13-pages includes Compensation, Credit, Merchandising, much more. Boldly signed by Powell. $65.

 

ELVIS PRESLEY -1-page Verification Agreement nicely signed. Contract is undated and the details have not been filled-in. $1,500.

ANDRE PREVIN -9-page 1963 Composer AGREEMENT with VALANDO MUSIC CORP. Also signed by Lyricist, Dory Langdon, and Tommy Valando. Neat item. $30.  

 

JASON PRIESTLEY -This is a 3-page agreement "to furnish the services of Jason Priestley in connection with personal appearance tours to promote the television series, ' BEVERLY HILLS, 90210' ." Highly detailed agreement covers compensation, per diem, merchandising, duration, much more. signed by Priestley. Topnotch! $75.

 

FREDDIE PRINZE -Rare 2-page 1976 Contract with Desert Palace, Inc., Las Vegas , Nevada modifying and amending earlier agreement to read: "The first engagement hereunder shall be performed during the two weeks beginning September 30, 1976 and the second engagement hereunder shall be performed during the two weeks beginning December 23, 1976." Ominously "Corporation agrees to have or cause to have OPERATOR named as a beneficiary of an insurance policy on the life of Freddie Prinze for an amount of not less than Eighty thousand Dollars ($80,000) and to furnish to OPERATOR a certificate thereof." Boldly signed twice by Prinze representing Hunga Rican Productions. $250.

 

RICHARD PRYOR -1-page Independent Contractor's agreement for his services on "SAMMY AND COMPANY." Very boldly signed, a tremendous item! $95.

RICHARD PRYOR-2-Page PERSONAL RELEASE granting Motion Pictures "the right to utilize my name, voice and likeness . . . . from 'LADY SINGS THE BLUES'. . . .and 'BINGO LONG TRAVELING ALL STARS AND MOTOR KINGS' in MOTOWN 25: YESTERDAY TODAY FOREVER. Neat item very boldly signed. $100.

GILDA RADNER-Fantastic 2-page CONSENT LETTER as Radner approves her appearance in "a series of 60-minute programs tentatively entitled 'THE BEST OF SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE'." Discusses compensation, replay and foreign use fees and is boldly signed in red pen by Radner. Topnotch! $250.

MARTHA RAYE -1-page (front and back) 1951 Agreement for "THE BIG SHOW" nicely signed in fountain pen. $35.

JIMMIE RODGERS-Performer of "Honeycomb" many other great hits. This is a 3-page 1959 Agreement wherein Rodgers grants to PICTURE PATCHES, INC. "the sole and exclusive right for the period of one year . . . to use Licensor's portrait, photograph or likeness, in connection with the manufacture and/or sale of that certain item designated herein as 'Picture Patches'." Detailed agreement covers royalties from sales, much more. Neat item. $50.
